Synopsis

In the bowels of hell, Malebolgia tells the tale of the current spawn on earth, to entertain the lesser demons. Mean while, back on earth, a financially challenged man loses his daughter to protective services, causing him to go to spawn for help. Spawn refuses to aid the man, leaving him angered, and dissapointed. Suddenly spawn is transported to a strange, and heavenly land, where he converses with an angel named Gabrielle. Once spawn is returned back to earth, a bum shows him the morning paper, causing Spawn to lose faith in himself as he reads the tragic, and shocking headline.
